Welcome to Tenants2Guest! We are a corporate housing company based out of the San Francisco Bay Area. With over 5 years of experience, we help homeowners and investors with rental properties like yourself stray away from being traditional landlords.
At Tenants 2 guest we do things a little different from others. Instead of looking for clients and finding furnished homes to put them in we do the opposite. We first look for desirable homes/apartments and invest on the front end by signing multiple year leases, furnishing the place and then going to market looking for clients.
We now live in a world of instant gratification. Everything is becoming faster, easier, and more accessible and now that you can work from practically anywhere people prefer the flexibility of being able to move around and not be tied down to your traditional yearly lease. So that’s where we come in. We sign the lease for them and give them the opportunity to move around freely. We accommodate everyone from traveling nurses, people that are being relocated for work to people on vacation.

It is also beneficial for us to keep your place as well maintained as possible for the pleasure of our guests so that is why we have a cleaning crew come in, clean and inspect everything after each guest. This assures you that your place will always be kept in it’s best condition. On top of that we will also handle any minor maintenance issues which is one less headache for you to deal with.

Although our main focus is to work with companies directly we do use a variety of marketing channels to promote our listings such as, Airbnb, Furnished Finder, booking.com etc. to fill up our space during slow seasons. Our accommodations are ideal for people with temporary assignments, home remodels, educational pursuits, essential workers etc.
